The CRPA is a citizen-based, volunteer organization.  We conduct various activities throughout the year that depend on volunteers for success.  Some of these include basic activities that require little or no training such as picking up litter along the river and assisting with special events such as outreach programs.  We also conduct educational and hands-on workshops and may be able to use your experience.  A third area of effort does require some training.  We conduct monitoring programs  checking for animal waste contamination and animal health along the length of the Cowpasture and its tributaries.  These programs do require some special training, that we can either provide for you or direct you to training programs.  Please explore the areas linked in the sidebar, and if you would like to help with any of these programs, contact us.
